These terms are an agreement between you and Dess Commerce LLC dba Boon Labs ("Boon Labs", "we"), covering theboonlabs.com and everything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Section 9 requires most disputes to go to individual arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to join a class action.

1. Who can order. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.

2. Products and pricing. We work to describe products and prices accurately but don't warrant that everything is error-free. We may correct errors, change prices, and discontinue products at any time. If we find a pricing error after you order, we may cancel and refund you in full — we'll email you first. We may limit or refuse any order.

3. Not medical advice. Boon Labs sells cosmetic products. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a doctor before use if you're pregnant or nursing, have a diagnosed scalp condition, or are being treated for hair loss. Stop use and see a professional if irritation develops. For external use only. Avoid the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Orders and payment. An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total including tax, and agree to keep your billing information accurate.

5. Promotions and the guarantee. Discount codes and promotional pricing are limited-time, one per order unless stated, and have no cash value. Our 90-Day Promise is described in the refund policy and limited as stated there. We may refuse claims where we see abuse.

6. Your content. Anything you send us — reviews, photos, feedback — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and publish, with your first name and city. You confirm the content is yours and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

7. Our content. The Boon Labs name, logo, packaging, site design, photography, and copy are ours. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. No scraping, reproduction, or use of our marks without written permission. Products bought here are for personal use and may not be resold on marketplaces.

8. Subscriptions. If we offer subscriptions and you choose one, you authorize recurring charges at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page or by emailing us — no fee, no minimum term.

9. Disputes. Talk to us first: email help@theboonlabs.com describing the problem and what you want, and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Rules rather than in court. You and Boon Labs waive the right to a jury trial and to bring claims as part of a class action. Either of us may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, or go to court to protect intellectual property. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing help@theboonlabs.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of your first purchase.

10. Warranties and liability. Except for our 90-Day Promise, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Individual results vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for the product at issue, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

12. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continuing to use the site means you accept them.
