Shipping policy

We ship from the United States to US addresses only.

Rates

Free shipping on every order, no minimum.

• Contiguous US: free, 3–5 business days in transit
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: free, 5–9 business days in transit

Processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email once your package ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; weather and peak season can add days.

Changing an order

Email help@theboonlabs.com right away. We can usually catch an order before it's packed. Once it has a tracking number, we can't recall it.

Lost or damaged

• Marked delivered but missing — give it 48 hours, then email us and we'll open a carrier claim.
• Damaged — send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free.
• Never arrived — if tracking stalls for 7 business days, we'll replace or refund.

Wrong address

We ship exactly what's entered at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship once you cover the postage.
