The 90-Day Promise

A scalp serum needs time. Nothing you put on your scalp shows up in the mirror in a week, so we don't ask you to decide in fourteen days.

Use Boon Labs for 90 days. If your scalp and hair don't look better to you, we'll refund it. Empty bottle or barely touched — it doesn't matter. You don't ship anything back.

How to claim it

Email help@theboonlabs.com with your order number and the subject line "90-Day Promise." Tell us in a sentence what happened. We'll confirm within one business day and refund your original payment method. Refunds take 5–7 business days on our end, then 3–5 more for your bank to show it.

The limits

• 90 days from delivery, not from order date
• Covers your first purchase of each product — one claim per customer
• Applies to orders placed on theboonlabs.com

Everything else

• Damaged or defective — send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it in full.
• Scalp irritation — stop using it and email us; we'll refund you regardless of how long you've had it.
• Gift cards — not refundable.
• Bought from another retailer — return it through the seller you bought from.
